**4. Refund Policy:**

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of enrollment.

- Refunds may be subject to 50% deduction of administrative fees, at the discretion of DNW Enterprises/Dana N Williams.

**5. Code of Conduct:**

- Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with instructors and fellow participants.

- Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

**6. Technical Requirements:**

- It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they have access to the required technology and stable internet connection to fully engage with the course content.

**7. Modifications to the Course:**

- DNW Enterprises/Dana N Williams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the course, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

**8. Limitation of Liability:**

- DNW Enterprises/Dana N Williams is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the course content.

**9. Governing Law:**

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
